Q: Do you offer transcribed data from other languages?
A: At this time we only offer English. It's because most SEC Filings are only available in English.
Q: Why are there times when I have to wait for the following business day to receive transcripts?
A: On average, it takes two-five hours to transcribe a call, and occasionally they will not get transcribed until the next business day. The time frame generally depends on market cap security.
Q: Why am I missing transcripts?
A: The Amenity Analytics menu of transcripts is directly related to transcripts we get from our providers: Factset or S&P. While transcription services cover 99% of companies, some may be missing by the providers. In case of a missing transcript - please let us know, and we will work with our providers to get it.
Q: Why are there multiple transcripts for the same quarter?
A: Our transcript providers will release two versions of the same script. The first version is a raw transcript, and the second is a corrected version that includes improvements to the accuracy on the transcript. There are occasional times when the provider will release an updated version of the transcript as well.
Q: How long does it take for transcripts to get to my Amenity Analytics feed?
A: Amenity is continually pulling and receiving transcripts from our providers every three hours. Once the provider has released a transcript, it will be available as soon as it is drawn into our database. Usually, it should not take longer than three hours.
